A motion to purchase large flat screen TV for Clubhouse with Blue Ray DVD  player and mounting hardware – Maximum $1,500.00 from general fund to be replaced by fund raising and donations.  Surround sound and software for Bingo by Randy. 

Motion to accept retainer agreement with BOSTONBEVERKLINGECROSS& CHIDESTER by WALTER S. CHIDESTER, partner; with our Chairman, President or Treasurer only as contact and signature for 2010.

  

Made motion to hire security 2 nights on Holiday week-ends and 1 night all other weeks, plus Board Meeting days.  April 30th thru October 16th not to exceed 4 hours a night.

All lots needs the grass cut.(E)  To care for vacant, unimproved or unkept lots and to bill property owners for  expenses incurred in such care. BY-Laws

 This is a reminder that anyone who has a parking spot in the boat parking area has to cut their grass.

We know things are bad for some, if you can help them or if you need help please call!

Helpful Tips


 When you leave remember to turn off your water and electric. If we have a water leek or break a water line the park maintenance must drain the park to fix it this could drain your hot water heater and cause damage to it.  

 

Did You know if a water line comes apart inside your trailer there could be up to 5 gallon of water a minute going on the floor of your trailer! 

 

ARTICLE 6 (SECTION 24) LIGHTS 110V            

No exterior or interior lights should be left burning when not in residence. (revised 10-10-92).

ARTICLE 6 (SECTION 7) MAJOR APPLIANCES

All major appliances not a part of a recreational vehicle shall be enclosed and secured. No Air conditioners or Electrical Heaters will be allowed in operation while property owners are not occupying their RV’s for the day or a duration of a 24 hour period. If property owner is found in violation, the Board will follow “Fine Procedures”

A motion to advertise for 30 days that Lot # 218 is for sale to the property owners, now open up to the public. Please call 765-458-5353 for details. (Sealed-Minimum Bid of $4000.00)

Please note that the water risers are metal pipe but the pipe under ground are pvc (plastic) and break easily so please contact the office or president to get water leaks fixed.

 

 All electric pedestals are the responsibilities of the park maintenance please contact the office or president to get them worked on.

 

Contact the office or president before you dig the water, electric and phone lines are not far underground and run from pedestal to pedestal.

 

The Boat Committee would like to remind you all boats must have 2009 stickers on them.      

 

 Please look at the minutes posted in the front and back of the park.

 

                  

THE NEW GATE CODE FOR 2010 IS members only  You can find it on your dues bill. THIS WILL BE IN EFFECT UNTIL JANUARY 1ST  2011.  THE CODE CHANGE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR REMOTE CONTROL. Also, there are still remotes available in the office if you would like to purchase one.

 

N0 child under age of 18 permitted at any time across street in boat parking area, unless accompanied by an adult. 

 

There is no loitering in boat parking area by anyone under 18!

 

 

  • Vehicles

    No Cruising in vehicles at any time. No Cruising on golf carts during quiet hours

    ARTICLE 6 (SECTION 5) QUIET HOURS

    Quiet hours shall be 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., Indiana time.

  • Motion to accept the Environmental Committee’s recommendation for new wording to be added to permits that are to also be updated with more specific details.  Also, add at the bottom of the permit regarding County permit needs to be obtained for greater than $1,000.
    Use wording attached:
    “Before beginning any construction, alterations, or repairs of any building or structures, the cost or estimated value of which exceeds $1,000.00 you must get a permit from the environmental committee and then a permit from the Union County Planning Department.”

    Generally. No improvements of any type or kind may be constructed or placed on any lot in the Subdivision without the prior written approval of the Environmental Control Committee.

    Permit applications are in the office!

    A FEW ARE LISTED BELOW AND EACH ONE NEEDS A SEPARATE PERMIT:

    Sheds, Decks, Awnings, Screen Rooms, DDS Dish, Tree Removal, Driveway - Blacktop,

    Cement, or even changed size or location, Drive Chains, Telephone Line Installation,

    Drainage Ditch Changes or Lot Excavation, TV Antenna Tower, Trailer Installation, Electrical

    Upgrades, ETC..

    NOTES!

  • ARTICLE 6  (SECTION 4 )  MOTOR VEHICLES

                No licensed or unlicensed motorcycle, Motorbike, moped, trail bike, road bike, street       
                bike or other similar motorized vehicle shall be operated within the bounds of BLR.

    No boat, boat trailer, truck, car, trailer or vehicle of any kind shall be parked or stored, on any street, road, or public area, except in areas designated for storage.

     

    Covenants

    D. Vehicle Parking. No vehicle shall be parked on any street in the Subdivision, No less than one off street parking space shall be provided by each lot owner.
