Our Park has boat storage across the road from the park and trash dumpster!
Security Cameras A coded security gate, you can get a remote from the office to operate the gate from your vehicle.
WE have 3 bath houses with washer and dryers in #2 and #3.
We also have 6 washers and dryers at the laundry room by the fish cleaning house.
All streets in the park are paved.
Club house and covered outdoor shelter that we have access to for parties or family outings. There is a small charge for clean up.
We have Liberty Indiana phone lines ran on our lots to trailers. http://www22.verizon.com/
A swimming pool
Tennis courts, Basketball, Volleyball, Horseshoe pits, 3 play grounds for kids.
Water, electric supplied by park.
The Brookville Lake Regional Waste District provides the sewer system for the Property Owners. The owner of each lot is directly liable to them for the cost of this sewage service as required by Indiana Law. (765) 458-7461
