#1 8/16/97 (#20) Roberts Rules of Order will apply when By-Laws or Covenants do not cover an issue.
#2 4/19/97 (#21) The office staff will mail Board meeting minutes to any property owner Nov. 1st thru April 1st if a self addressed, stamped envelope, is submitted to the office for each copy requested.
#3 4/19/97 (#14) A telephone log is to be kept in the office to record all BLR long distance calls and the reason for the calls. Log is to be given to the Treasurer on a monthly basis.
#4 7/18/97 ( #8B) (Amended 7/19/97) To provide each lot on each pinwheel a parking spot. This spot is then considered for all rules and regulations an extension of their personal lot for parking. They may use this spot any way any other lot owner, not on a pinwheel, can use their driveway in regards to parking .This pertains to the gravel area only. Other property owners and guests of other property owners cannot avail themselves of these parking spots.
#5 5/20/00 (#11) Allow trellis to be built up to 4 FT X 8 FT. No two together to form a fence look. A trellis requires a permit from the Environmental committee.
#6 6/21/97 (#21) A complete set of minutes that are labeled and in binders are to be kept in office.
#7 8/16/97 (#18) Activities signs are permitted throughout the park.
#8 7/15/06 (#11) When an item belonging to the Property Owners of Brookville Lake Resort, is going to be sold, the following guidelines shall prevail: Board of Directors are in control and responsible for all property.All items to be sold will be offered to Property Owners first. If not sold can then be offered to the public.A sealed bid system is to be used.All pertinent information will be furnished for items being sold.All items must be posted for 30 days.Dates and times of sales are to be determined by the Board. Minimum bids to be determined by the Board. Winning bids must be posted.
#9 7/19/97 (#9) A trailer with Sea-Doos (wave runners) will be considered a boat
#10 7/19/97 (#10) All vegetation (trees, bushes & etc.) bordering roads are to be kept trimmed on road side.
The trimming is to be from the road up to a height of at least 12 feet. Any questions should be brought to the Board or the Environmental Committee.

#12 3/20/99 (#13) For all structural improvements to lot, property owner must first check with Environmental Committee to determine if a permit is needed.
#13 5/15/99 (#17) Trucks with tandem axles coming into our park may only have a 15 ton load limit.
#14 7/7/99 (#4) When Property Owners purchase a new unit for their lot NO WASHERS OR DRYERS are permitted.
#15 9/18/99 (#16) Any defacing of Brookville Lake Resort Property may result in a $150.00 fine plus all repair expenses as determined by the Board.

#16 9/19/00 (#6) Rental of BLR Property (Revised March 2009)
The Board does not approve the lending, lease, nor rental of PARK MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT to lot owners.
Park use, or block party that includes the whole park, NO CHARGE. Sign up to use.
A Tent (canopy) $100.00 Deposit daily
B Picnic Tables (1-4 tables) $100.00 Deposit daily/ arrangements to be made with President or Vice President if President is not available .
C Grill (big cooker) Park employees will bring to where party is to take place.
Property owners can use within confines of BLR. Deposits will be refunded upon satisfactory returns of equipment within 24 hours.
#17 8/19/01 (#14) NO CRUISING in vehicles at any time. NO CRUISING in golf carts during Quiet Hours.
#18 3/18/06 (#9) Boats/Trailers in boat parking must be renewed by March 15th. After April 1st the lots will no longer be held. All boats and trailers must have a current paid sticker and lot numbers. Any violation of these rules will be towed at owners expense.
#19 05/17/03 (#7) No roller blades, bikes or skateboards are allowed on patio area and/or pavilion.
#20 04/16/06 (#) Golf carts must have working lights in front and back, and also have 3 inch lot numbers displayed, in plain view, on front and back. Golf carts must be insured and registered n office.
#21 10/14/03 (#15) Property owners are allowed plastic around awnings and trailers from October1st to April 30th with options of variance from Board of Directors. (Revised/15/07)
#22 03/18/06 (#9) There will not be any disposal of sheds, awnings, decks, refrigerators, brush or any other arge items in the dumpster area or behind dumpster area. Violations may result in a $500.00 fine being assessed immediately, at discretion of the Board of Directors.
#23 06/19/04 (#4) Brush only is allowed to be placed in field behind dumpster where posted for future burning. No contractor dumping allowed.
#24 03/18/06 (#9) NO HOT TUBS ALLOWED IN PARK. Approved May 13, 1995
#25 08/19/06 (#3) Property Owners personal information is to be used for Official Board Business Only.
#26 10/21/06 (#21) No one under the age of 18 is to be in boat parking area-- at any time, unless accompanied by an adult. Revised (9/15/07
#27 4/19/08 (#30) Audit committee meetings are to be held on the 2nd Saturday of the month. At this time, the Audit ommittee is to review in detail, all transactions for the previous month and any other matters that represented to the ommittee. All documents and figures requested by the committee are to be ade available in a timely fashion. A report of their findings will be presented written or verbally at the next regular Board meeting.
#28 5/17/08 (#18) Monthly Board Meetings are to be limited to three hours in length, if more time is needed, must e the Majority present in favor.
#29 March 2009 All dead and/or damaged trees on privately owned lots are the responsibility of the property owners. Fallen tress must be removed and are the property owners responsibility.
#30 May 2009 Standing Rules are to be reviewed annually by the By-Law committee and submitted to the Board for their approval. committee
